The Leadership programme will be aimed at developing the laity for local leadership, parish leadership, political leadership and digital leadership primarily through Social Media and Community Action Programme
Specific Goals
•Multiplying the moral force in the world & Church
•Filling the world with Catholic Christian values
•Promoting the leadership model of Jesus following the tenets of St. Charles Borromeo
•Creating Synergy in the Parish and in SCB Presences
•Solving various problems of the parish and society where SCBs operate
•Training local leaders to achieve the goals planned by SCBs especially MSP segments
•Leadership in digital arena as influencers for various causes
•Making leaders powerful with communication strategies and media tools
•Skilling people in writing, expressing using art forms, photography, designing and videos, audio, promo content and other visual medium.
•Taking the right solutions forward and proposing them as values and action plans for the people to follow.
